Project fees:-

Fees can be based on either a percentage of the total construction cost, on an hourly basis, or an agreed lump sum; whichever would be preferable to you as client.

In addition, our architectural services may simply comprise an initial design discussion, or extend from development of your design brief through to completion of the project on site; a turnkey involvement for which we would be responsible from inception to handover.
